Can I Use a Document to Create a Goal?
Can I upload a document instead of entering all of my startup information manually? Can Startups.com use my pitch deck to help create my Goal?
Yes. If you already have a pitch deck or another document containing information about your startup, you can upload it while creating a Goal. Startups.com can use the information in your document to help populate the details needed to generate your Goal, saving you from having to enter everything manually.

Why Upload a Document?
Uploading an existing document makes it easier to provide Startups.com with context about your business without having to start from scratch.
A pitch deck, for example, may already contain important information about your startup, allowing the system to use those details as context when helping you create your Goal.
Notes
- Pitch decks are especially useful because they typically contain key information about your startup in one document.
- Always review the information generated from your document to make sure it's accurate and up to date.
- You can still enter your startup information manually if you prefer not to upload a document.
- Once your Goal is created, you can update the information later through Edit Goal.
