# Do I get charged right after I make a commitment?

## Am I charged immediately after submitting my commitment? How will my commitment be processed after submission?

No, you won’t be charged right away. Submitting a commitment on Fundable is simply a way to indicate your interest in investing—it’s non-binding and does not involve any immediate financial transaction. Fundable does not collect or process payments on your behalf.

If both you and the company decide to move forward, the actual investment process—including payment terms and documentation—will take place off-platform, directly between you and the company. Until then, you're under no obligation, and no funds will be transferred.
