# Can I set my reviews to private?

## How do I hide a review on my profile? Can I control who sees the reviews I write? Can experts remove or hide reviews?

No, reviews left on an expert’s profile cannot be set to private. All written reviews are publicly visible by default and will appear on the expert’s public profile for transparency and community benefit. This helps maintain trust and allows others to make informed decisions based on real experiences.

However, **star ratings are not displayed publicly**. While the written portion of the review is shown, the numerical rating (such as 1 to 5 stars) is kept hidden from public view. This is designed to focus attention on qualitative feedback rather than reducing it to a numeric score.

**Note:** Once a review is submitted, there is no built-in option for the reviewer or the expert to hide or delete it, except in cases where the content may violate platform guidelines (e.g., offensive language, spam, or harassment). In such cases, a report can be submitted to the support team for review.
