How do I get email notifications of my call requests?

Why am I not receiving email alerts for my scheduled calls? Will I Receive a Notification if Someone Requests a Call? What should I do if I’m missing call request emails?

To receive email notifications for your call requests:

  1. Verify Your Email Address
    Ensure your email address is correctly entered in your profile.

  2. Enable Call Request Notifications
    Navigate to:
    Account > Settings > Notifications
    Under the "Emails" section, toggle Call Requests to ON.

  3. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder
    If you’re still not receiving notifications:

    • Check your spam or junk email folders.

    • Mark messages from donotreply@clarity.fm as Not Spam.

    • Add donotreply@clarity.fm to your contacts or safe sender list.

How Do I Unsubscribe from Email Notifications?

To unsubscribe from certain types of Clarity emails:

  1. Go to: Me > Settings > Notifications

  2. Identify and adjust the types of emails you no longer wish to receive:

  • Recommendations: Weekly digest emails sent on Fridays.

  • Clarity Updates: Marketing-related emails.

You can toggle these off as needed.


What Is the Daily Digest?

The Daily Digest is a summary email that includes all calls you have scheduled for the day—especially helpful if you have more than one.

Note: If you’re not seeing our emails, it’s possible they were mistakenly filtered into your spam or junk folder by your email provider. To ensure delivery, please remove any of our messages from the spam folder and add donotreply@clarity.fm to your contacts or safe sender list. If the issue persists, you may want to contact your email provider to prevent future filtering.
