To receive email notifications for your call requests:

Verify Your Email Address
Ensure your email address is correctly entered in your profile. -
Enable Call Request Notifications
Navigate to:Account > Settings > Notifications
Under the "Emails" section, toggle Call Requests to ON. -
Check Your Spam/Junk Folder
If you’re still not receiving notifications:-
Check your spam or junk email folders.

Mark messages from
donotreply@clarity.fm
as Not Spam. -
Add
donotreply@clarity.fm
to your contacts or safe sender list.

How Do I Unsubscribe from Email Notifications?
To unsubscribe from certain types of Clarity emails:

Go to: Me > Settings > Notifications

Identify and adjust the types of emails you no longer wish to receive:

Recommendations: Weekly digest emails sent on Fridays.

Clarity Updates: Marketing-related emails.
You can toggle these off as needed.
