How can I get an invoice for my call?

Can Clarity send me an invoice for a past call? Can I download an invoice from Clarity? Can I request for invoice for canceled/expired calls?

Currently, Clarity.fm does not offer a built-in option to download invoices directly from the platform. However, if you need an invoice for a call, we're happy to provide one upon request.

To receive your invoice, simply send an email to support@clarity.fm. Be sure to include the date of the call and the name of the expert you spoke with. This information will help us locate the call details and generate the invoice promptly.

Can I get an invoice for a canceled or expired call?

We can only provide invoices for completed, successfully charged calls. If your call was canceled, expired, or otherwise refunded, no invoice is available since the transaction was voided or reversed and not processed as a completed charge.

This helps ensure that only finalized and billable services are documented via invoices.
