# How Do I Download a Financial Report in Bizplan?

## Where do I go to download financial data in Bizplan? What steps do I follow to save a financial report from Bizplan? How can I export a financial report from Bizplan?

Bizplan allows you to easily download your financial reports for offline use, or further analysis. Reports can be exported directly from the Finance dashboard in Excel (.xlsx) format.

### Steps to Download a Financial Report

1. [**Log in**](https://help.startups.com/knowledge/how-do-i-log-in-to-bizplan?hsLang=en) to your account and go to the builder.
2. Click on **Finance** from the left-hand navigation menu and go to the **Reports** tab.
3. Use the dropdown menu at the top of the screen to select a financial report you wish to download.  
   Available options include:
   
     - Balance Sheet
     - Cash Flow
     - Income Statement (P&L)
     - Projected Revenue
     - Expenses, and more
4. Choose your **desired year** from the timeline selector by clicking the left and right arrow near the top of the page.
5. Adjust the **reporting frequency** (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly) using the dropdown in the upper-right corner.
6. Click the **download** button (arrow pointing down, right next to the frequency dropdown) to export the report.

### Notes

- Downloaded reports are exported as **Excel files (.xlsx)**.
- The exported file includes all the data displayed on-screen, based on the selected frequency and year.
- You can download multiple report types—repeat the steps to export each one.
