How Do I Keep Track of Sent Messages in Investor Matching?

How can I track my outbound messages in the Investor Matching tool? What steps do I follow to see a history of sent messages to investors?

When using the Investor Matching tool, you can track your investor outreach both through your connected email account and directly within the platform.


Track Messages in Your Email Account

All outreach emails are sent directly from your connected email address (such as Gmail or Outlook).

You can view sent messages anytime in the Sent folder of the email account connected to your Investor Matching profile. This also allows you to reply to investors directly from your own inbox and keep conversations centralized in your email account.

 

Track Messages in Activity & Tracking

You can also monitor your outreach activity within the platform. To view message activity:

  1. Open your Investor Matching dashboard
  2. Click Activity & Tracking in the left-hand menu

This section shows:

  • Sent investor messages
  • Reply activity
  • Message status and engagement insights

Notes

Investor replies will be delivered directly to your connected email inbox, where you can continue the conversation normally.

The Activity & Tracking section also provides engagement insights, including whether your messages were opened or clicked.
