How Do I Keep Track of Sent Messages in Investor Matching?

How can I track my outbound messages in the Investor Matching tool? What steps do I follow to see a history of sent messages to investors?

When using the Investor Matching tool, you can easily monitor the messages you've sent to investors in two ways — through your email account and within the platform.


Track Messages in Your Email Account

  • All messages sent using the tool come directly from your connected email address.

  • You can view your outreach emails in the Sent folder of your email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

  • This gives you full visibility and lets you reply to investors directly from your own email account.

Track Messages in the Activity & Replies Page

  • From your Investor Matching dashboard, click on Activity & Replies in the left-hand menu.

  • This section displays all your outgoing messages and any investor responses.

  • Use this view to keep track of follow-ups and manage conversations in one place.


Notes

  • Replies will go directly to your email inbox, and you can continue the conversation from there.

  • You’ll also see engagement insights — whether a message was opened or clicked — in the Activity & Replies section.
