When using the Investor Matching tool, you can easily monitor the messages you've sent to investors in two ways — through your email account and within the platform.
Track Messages in Your Email Account

All messages sent using the tool come directly from your connected email address.

You can view your outreach emails in the Sent folder of your email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

This gives you full visibility and lets you reply to investors directly from your own email account.
Track Messages in the Activity & Replies Page

From your Investor Matching dashboard, click on Activity & Replies in the left-hand menu.

This section displays all your outgoing messages and any investor responses.

Use this view to keep track of follow-ups and manage conversations in one place.

Replies will go directly to your email inbox, and you can continue the conversation from there.
- You’ll also see engagement insights — whether a message was opened or clicked — in the Activity & Replies section.
