You can update your billing or payment method from either the Bizplan or Startups website. Updating your payment method ensures uninterrupted access to your Bizplan tools and services.
Option 1: Update Through Bizplan

Log in to your account at Bizplan.com.

Click on Account in the upper-right corner and select Settings.

In the left-hand menu, click Billing Information.

Under the Payment Method column, click Update next to your active subscription.

On the following page, click Payment Methods.
- Enter your new billing details and click Add to save the new payment method.
Option 2: Update Through Startups

Log in to your account at Startups.com.

Hover over your name or profile icon in the top-right corner.

Click Manage Account from the dropdown.

From the left-hand menu, select Billing.

In the Payment Method section of your active subscription, click Update.
- On the following page, click Payment Methods.
- Enter your new billing details and click Add to save the new payment method.
