# We Couldn't Finish Auditing Your Deck Error

## I am Getting an Error While Auditing My Deck, Why Is Your Deck Audit Not Completing

Please keep in mind that errors during the deck audit process typically occur when the uploaded deck is not in PDF format. At this time, our Deck Auditor only supports **PDF files**.

If your deck is currently in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, or another format, we recommend converting or exporting it as a PDF before uploading it to the Deck Auditor. Once converted, you can upload the PDF version and try running the audit again.

We understand that supporting additional file formats would make the process more convenient. The good news is that expanding the Deck Auditor to accept other file types is already on our product roadmap, and our team is exploring this enhancement for a future update.

In the meantime, if you’re still receiving an error after uploading a PDF version of your deck, please let us know so we can look into the issue and assist you further.
