How do we ensure that outreach emails don’t end up in recipients’ spam folders?
Our system follows email best practices and protocols to reduce the chances of emails being flagged as spam. These include:
- Content Optimization: Emails are structured to avoid spam triggers, such as excessive use of capital letters, misleading subject lines, and suspicious links.
- Consistent Engagement Practices: We send emails to engaged recipients and provide clear opt-out options to ensure compliance with email regulations.
Note:
Despite these measures, we cannot control recipients' personal spam filter settings. Some users may have customized filters that categorize legitimate emails as spam.
