# How to Contact Startups.com Support?

## How do I get help from Startups? Where do I go for help with my Startups account? What are the ways to get support from Startups?

### **How to Access Support**

Click **Help** in the top navigation menu.

This will open the support window, where you can choose from three options:

#### **Email**

Send an email to [**support@startups.com**](mailto:support@startups.com) with your question or a description of the issue you're experiencing.

#### **Live Chat**

Click **Start Chat** to get real-time assistance from our Support team when live chat is available.

#### **Support Ticket**

Click **Submit a Ticket** to send your question or issue to our Support team. Provide the requested information, and a team member will follow up with you.
