# What is Startups Office Hours?

## Where can I schedule a one-on-one session with an advisor? Can I request a private consultation with an advisor? Do you provide direct consultation services with an advisor?

**Office Hours** are one-on-one sessions with experienced founders, operators, and subject matter experts available through the Startups.com platform. Whether you're refining your pitch, solving a technical challenge, or making strategic decisions, these sessions help you move forward faster with informed guidance.

#### **What You Can Expect**

Office Hours sessions are:

- **Hosted by experienced experts** across different startup disciplines
- Available **by appointment**, based on each host’s availability
- Focused on specific topics such as product development, fundraising, legal, AI, sales, and more

Each session is an opportunity to ask questions, get feedback, and work through challenges with someone who has relevant experience.

#### **Types of Office Hours**

You’ll find a variety of sessions covering topics like:

- AI and emerging technologies
- Software development
- Legal guidance (“Ask a Lawyer”)
- Sales and go-to-market strategy
- Data and monetization
- Founder and CEO mentorship

New sessions and experts may be added regularly.

#### **How to Join an Office Hours Session**

1. Navigate to **Events → [Office Hours](https://www.startups.com/events/office-hours)**
2. Browse available sessions
3. Click **View Availability** on a session you’re interested in
4. Select a time that works for you and book your appointment

You can also click **Details** to learn more about the session and the host before booking.

#### **Note:** Each advisor has their own availability, so available dates and times will vary depending on the advisor you select.
