# Why do payments take too long?

## Why do I have to wait 14 days to get paid on Clarity? When will my earnings be available for transfer to PayPal after a call on Clarity.fm?

All expert payments on Clarity.fm are processed within 14 days of the call date. This processing period helps us ensure that the caller's account is verified, funds are successfully collected, and any potential disputes or refund requests are handled efficiently.

This holding period is in place to protect both experts and callers, creating a more secure and reliable experience for everyone on the platform.

Once the 14-day window has passed, your available earnings can be exported to your PayPal account. You’ll see the option to initiate the transfer directly from your dashboard.
