Messages to some investors may bounce due to strict spam filters, or inbox restrictions on the investor’s side or outdated or invalid email addresses, This is common and not a reflection of your pitch or startup. In most cases, you can retry the send or simply replace that contact with another matched investor.
In the Message Activity & Tracking section, you can view the full activity history of your messages, including any emails that have bounced. When you click on the Bounced tab, you’ll see a list of messages that failed to deliver. Select the small Manage button next to a bounced message to open a window similar to composing a new message. From there, you’ll be prompted to resend the email to other contacts within the same company—simply click the To field to view and select available contacts. Finally, before sending, be sure to double-check the scheduled send date and time.
