How do text message notifications work?

We know these calls are important to you. 

We use text message alerts to give you instant status updates of call requests to experts. When you have your SMS notifications set to your mobile phone number, you'll receive a text message with a conference line phone number and an access code that you and the expert will call into at your confirmed date and time as well as any change or cancellation requests.

You can manage notifications or disable them altogether (without removing your verified phone number from your account) by going to Account > Settings > Notifications.

What about cost?

Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages received. If you have concerns about potential costs - best to contact your mobile carrier.
