Why do I need to email from my current email address? How long does it take for my email address to be updated?
At this time, Clarity does not offer an option to change your email address directly through your account settings.
To update your email address, please send an email to support@clarity.fm from the email address currently associated with your account. In your message, include the new email address you'd like to use.
This step ensures we can verify your identity and securely update your account information.
You will receive an update from our support team within 24–48 business hours after sending your request.
Please note:
If the new email address you'd like to use was previously associated with an account that has since been deleted, our system will not allow it to be reused. This restriction is in place to help prevent fraud and protect account security.
