How Do I Check Investor Responses?

After you send outreach messages using the Investor Matching platform, you can track replies directly through your connected email account.

View Sent Messages in Your Email

• All investor messages are sent from the email address linked to your Investor Matching profile.

• You can view all sent messages in your own email account’s Sent folder (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

• This helps you keep a complete record of every message sent through the platform.

Check for Investor Replies

• Investor replies are sent directly to the inbox of the email address linked to your Investor Matching profile, just like a regular email conversation.

• You can respond directly from your own email account without needing to login to your Investor Matching profile.

Notes

• You can confirm that your email is connected by visiting the Email & Settings section of the platform.

• Visit the Activity & Replies section for a quick view of your messaging history.
