You can delete a fundraise profile directly from your Investor Matching dashboard. Once deleted, the profile and all related information will be permanently removed.
In some cases, you may want to completely restart your outreach and begin with a clean slate — including clearing all activity and tracking history. Deleting your fundraise profile is the best way to reset everything and start fresh.
Steps to Delete a Fundraise Profile:

Log in to your Startups.com account

Log in to your account and go to the main Investor Matching page.

Select the fundraise profile

From the main Investor Matching page, you’ll see a list of your fundraise profiles.

Open the profile you’d like to delete.

Go to Email & Settings

On the left navigation pane, click Email & Settings.

Select Search Settings.

Delete the profile
-
Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Click the red Delete this Investor Search button.

Deleting a fundraise profile is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once deleted, all matches, pitch email, and activity details related to that profile will also be removed.
