The Publish feature in Bizplan lets you share your completed business plan through a private or public online link. You can customize the look and feel of your plan, choose who has access to it, and even export it as a PDF. It’s the easiest way to professionally present your business to investors, advisors, or team members.


Steps to Publish Your Plan Online

  1. Log in to your Bizplan account.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click on Business Plan.

  3. In the upper-right corner of the dashboard, click the Publish button.

  4. A pop-up window titled “Publish your plan” will appear with customization and sharing options.


Customize Your Published Plan

  • Brand Color:
    Click the color box to choose a brand color or enter a specific hex code. This sets the color theme for your published plan and PDF export.

  • Online Access:
    Use the toggle to set your plan as:

    • Private: Only users you invite by email can view the plan.

    • Public: Anyone with the link can access your plan online.

  • Invite People:
    Enter email addresses to send a private invite link to collaborators or stakeholders.

  • Copy Link:
    Use the copy icon next to the URL field to grab your shareable plan link.


Export Options

  • Click Export PDF to download a branded version of your plan as a PDF document.

  • Click Done to save and close the publishing panel.
