Is My Published Goal Public or Private?

Can Other Members See My Goal? Who Can View My Published Goal? Can Other Members See My Goal? Is My Goal Visible to Everyone?

Once your Goal is ready, you can choose who will be able to see it under Publishing & Settings. There are three visibility options available:

  • Public – Your Goal can appear in search results and on profile pages, making it more widely visible.
  • Members-Only – Your Goal is visible only to members of the Startups.com community.
  • Hidden – Your Goal will not be publicly displayed or visible in search results.

 You can also use the additional information field to share any notes or details you’d like the team to know before submitting your Goal for approval. 

Choose the visibility setting that best matches your preference, then click Submit for Approval. Goals submitted for publishing are reviewed by the Startups.com team before they appear in search results or on profiles.
