What is Launchrock's refund policy?

  • Initial Signup Refund: Users are eligible for a refund of their initial signup payment only if they cancel their paid service within three calendar days of account creation and have not redeemed any Startup Benefits from third-party partners.

  • Renewal Payment Refund: Users may request a refund for their most recent renewal payment only if they cancel the service within one calendar day of the renewal charge and submit a refund request by contacting support@startups.com.

 

Refunds are only granted under these specific conditions and are not available beyond the stated timeframes.
