The link to my website in the email isn’t working. What should I do?

Why does the website link in the email redirect to an error page?

If your website link is showing an error when clicked from an email, it’s likely because the full web address wasn’t entered correctly. To fix this, please ensure your URL includes “https://” at the beginning (for example: https://www.yourwebsite.com).

Here’s how to update it:

1. Log in to Startups.com

2. Go to the Investors Matching Tool

3. Click on Build Your Pitch > The Basics > Website

4. Update your website field with the full link

5. Don't forget to save after making the changes

Without the “https://” prefix, email clients may not recognize your link correctly, which can cause errors when people try to click it.
