What happens after I submit a request?

Do I get an email if my request is rejected? Can I resubmit a request after it is rejected? What should I do after my request is rejected?

After you submit a request, it will be reviewed by our team. Once a decision is made, you will receive an email notification with the outcome—whether your request is approved or rejected.

Will I be notified of the decision?

Yes. You will receive a notification email once your request has been reviewed, regardless of the outcome.

Approved

If your request is approved, it means it has met all the required criteria and will move forward in the process.

Once approved, your request will be published and made publicly visible.

Rejected

If your request is rejected, it means it did not meet the necessary requirements.

When a request is rejected, the notification email will include a note explaining the reason for the rejection. This helps you understand what needs to be corrected before resubmitting.

What should I do after receiving the email?

  • If approved — your request is now published and visible to the public.
  • If rejected — review the feedback provided and update your request before resubmitting.
