What happens when I hit Attend on an event?

When you click Attend on an event (e.g., Workshop, Group Meeting), you’ll receive an invitation email to your registered email address with all the key details you need to join the event. This acts similar to an RSVP confirmation and helps you keep track of your scheduled events.

Your RSVP invitation email will include:

• ✔️ A direct link to the event (e.g., Zoom or streaming link)

• ✔️ Event host name(s) listed

• ✔️ Event description so you know what the session covers

• ✔️ Date & time of the event

• ✔️ Zoom link or virtual event access information

• ✔️ Calendar confirmation / link so you can easily add the event to your personal calendar

This email serves as your official confirmation that you’re registered for the event and contains all necessary access information to join when the session starts.

Want to Cancel an Event You’ve Registered For?

At this time, the website UI does not include an option to cancel your registration directly. However, you can simply update your response in your calendar invitation (for example, change your response to “No”). When you update your calendar response, the event host will automatically be notified that you’re unable to attend.
