How to add a personnel with a "starting salary"

For some company set up, salaries can be arranged that employees get to work for the organization at a certain period of time with an agreed amount per month/year, then if everything goes well, they get to have a new salary bracket not based on a percentage increase.

As a work around for this, you can follow the procdure thru for adding them as a regular personal, put 0% on variation, indicate the time period that they are set to receive the agreed salary.

Create another entry for the same personnel, this time, make sure that the month and year is accurate on when he will start receiving his regular pay, and percentage increase if applicable.
