      Legacy: I forgot my password / my password is not working.

      If you are having trouble remembering your password or you forgot your password, here are the steps to follow to reset it.

      1. Go to the RockLaunch Login Page
      2. Click the Forget your password? link
      3. When prompted, enter the email address you used to create your LaunchRock account.
      4. You will see the message: “An e-mail has been sent to [your e-mail address] with instructions on how to reset your password.”
      5. Log-in to that email account
      6. Open the new email message from LaunchRock 
      7. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
