      To search the KnowledgeBase, leave suggestions and feedback or contact the LaunchRock support team: 

      1. Click the help & feedback button in the upper right corner.
      2. Type your question in the feedback field of the widget that opens
      3. Review the suggested KnowledgeBase documents and feedback topics 
      4. Click the KnowledgeBase article or Feedback Idea that matches yours
      5. If none of the suggestions meet your needs, post your idea or contact LaunchRock
