      Publish plan as a PDF

       

      Bizplan offers the ability to generate a custom-branded PDF of your Business Plan. 

      1. When you're ready to output the plan, simply click on the "Publish" button found on the Plan Settings or any of the Plan pages.
      2. Select a custom color by clicking on the Brand Color button. This will display a color picker where you can specify the exact color needed. 
      3. Choose whether to include the automatically generated Legal page or not by clicking on the Include Legal Page checkbox.
      4. Click on the Export PDF button.
      5. The PDF file will begin to download after 5-10 seconds of processing.
      Note: To help you keep track of versions, the system will automatically generate a new version ID each time a PDF is generated. This ID is appended to the PDF file upon output, as well as displayed on the bottom of the cover page.
