Can I get paid for a call that happened outside of the Clarity platform?

Why didn’t I get paid for a call I had with a seeker? What happens if I do a call outside of Clarity? Why do I need to use the Clarity conference line?

No — Clarity does not provide compensation for calls that occur outside of our platform.

To protect the privacy of both experts and users, and to ensure accurate tracking and billing, all Clarity calls must take place on our private conference lines. This system allows us to:

  • Track the exact duration both parties are on the call simultaneously.

  • Bill the user accurately by the minute.

  • Pay the expert fairly based on the tracked call time.

If a call occurs outside of the Clarity platform, we are unable to verify the call details or process any payments. As a result, no compensation will be issued for time spent on such calls.
