How long will it take for the expert to accept my call?

Generally speaking - within a few hours! We're a highly engaged community of startup comrades. 

When a call request is made, our system automatically sends experts email and SMS notifications. If they are using our app we also push a notification to them there as well.  

We expect Experts to reply to a call request within 3 days of receiving it, however, call requests will remain active for 10 consecutive days, after which they will be automatically cancelled. Cancelled call requests will be automatically refunded in full.

We recommend reaching out to experts via Clarity message first to confirm availability. When you have determined you are both available you can proceed to request a call.
