How do refunds work on Clarity? Will I be refunded if I cancel my upcoming call?
At Clarity, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences — and we're proud that 99% of our calls are completed with a 5-star rating. However, we recognize that things don’t always go as planned, and we're committed to addressing any concerns swiftly and fairly.
✅ Refunds for Completed Calls
If you’ve had a call and are requesting a refund, the following conditions must be met for us to consider your request:

Permission to Contact the Expert
We must be allowed to reach out to the expert to gather more information about the call. -
No Suspicion of Fraud
We must not have any reason to believe the transaction was fraudulent. If there are signs of fraud, the refund request will be denied and may be escalated for further investigation.
⏳ Refunds for Calls That Haven’t Taken Place
If your call hasn’t happened yet, you’re eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.

How to Cancel a Call
To cancel your scheduled call, follow these steps:Me > Calls > (Select the Relevant Call) > Cancel
Once canceled, your refund will be automatically processed in full.
