How do I get paid?

Where can I withdraw my earnings? When will I receive my earnings after a Clarity call? How much is Clarity’s service fee for experts?

When you complete a call on Clarity, the earnings from that call are marked as "Earned". Each call includes a Clarity service fee, and all transactions are currently processed in U.S. dollars.

✅ Payment Process Overview

  1. Call Completion: After a call is completed, you’ll see the amount you’ve earned in your account.

  2. Service Fee: We charge experts a 15% service fee for every call completed.

  3. Payout Timing: You can request a payout two weeks after the call date. (We appreciate your patience while we work on reducing this delay.)

  4. Withdrawal Method: Payouts are currently only available via PayPal.

🔒 Clarity uses a secure payment system and supports only PayPal for withdrawals at this time.


💡 How to Withdraw Your Earnings

  1. Go to Account > Money > Earned.



  2. Select Request Withdrawal.

  3. Make sure your PayPal email address is correct in your settings.

  4. After requesting a withdrawal:

    • You’ll be redirected to the Money screen.

    • A confirmation email will be sent with the payment details.


🛠️ Troubleshooting Payment Issues

If you're having trouble withdrawing your earnings to PayPal, try the following:

  • Browser Compatibility: Clarity is not supported on Internet Explorer. Use Chrome or Firefox instead.

  • Browser Plugins: Some plugins (like Evernote Web Clipper) can interfere with the withdrawal process. Try using an incognito window with all plugins disabled.

  • PayPal Account Verification:

    • Ensure your PayPal account is verified with a valid credit card or bank account.

    • If you haven’t received funds in a while, contact PayPal to confirm that your account is in good standing.
