What happens to my money if the call is cancelled?

The system will automatically refund all cancelled calls and requests in full. You will receive an email from support@wepay.com with a receipt.


Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your statement, although most refunds are processed in less time.


If you do not see a refund in your bank account after 7 business days, please contact us at support@clarity.fm to resolve the situation.


Don't forget to check your Spam folder for the refund email if you don't have it in your Inbox within 7 days.
