What happens to my money if the call is cancelled?
Will I get my money back if a Clarity call is cancelled? Who do I contact if I don’t see my refund? Is my refund automatic if the expert cancels the session?
If your call is cancelled, you will receive a full refund automatically. The system initiates the refund process right away, and you’ll get a confirmation email from support@wepay.com with a receipt.

Most refunds are processed quickly, but it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card statement.
