Can I use Skype or email to consult instead of the Clarity system?
Can I schedule a call with an expert outside of Clarity?
To ensure trust, safety, and compliance with our Terms of Service, all communication and transactions should be conducted through the Clarity platform.
While you might be tempted to use Skype or email for convenience, doing so bypasses essential safeguards we have in place:

Privacy Concerns: Sharing personal contact information may make some members uncomfortable or vulnerable.

Loss of Support: Calls made outside Clarity cannot be tracked. This limits our ability to support you with disputes, refunds, or transaction verification.

Payment Issues: We cannot process or guarantee payments for consultations that occur off the platform, under any circumstances.
