Why can't I create an account or make edits to my profile?

99% of issues with making edits to your profile information are due to using an unsupported browser. Older versions of Internet Explorer and other browsers are not supported by the Fundable platform — we recommend switching to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.


If you are using one of our recommended browsers and still experiencing trouble with the Fundable platform, please email support@fundable.com with the following information:


  • The issue you're experiencing
  • The type of computer and Operating System you are using
  • The browser you are using
  • Any error messages you're experiencing (if applicable)
  • A screenshot of any error will help
