Why Can't I Create an Account or Edit My Profile?

If you're unable to sign up or update your profile, the most common issue (99% of the time) is using an unsupported browser. Older versions of Internet Explorer and other outdated browsers are not supported on the Fundable platform. To fix this, we recommend switching to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best experience.

Still Having Trouble? If you’re already using a recommended browser but continue to experience issues, try clearing your browser cache or using incognito/inPrivate mode before proceeding.

Click the link below for instructions on clearing your cache:

To access incognito mode:

  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N on Windows/Linux or Cmd + Shift + N on Mac. You can also click on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select "New Incognito Window."

  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P on Windows/Linux or Cmd + Shift + P on Mac. You can also click on the three-line menu in the top-right corner and select "New Private Window."

  • A description of the issue

  • The type of computer and operating system you’re using

  • The browser you're using

  • Any error messages you’ve encountered (if applicable)

  • A screenshot of the error (if possible)
