Why won't my Fundable Profile save?
If you are having trouble saving progress on your profile information, it is probably due to the fact that you are using an unsupported browser. Older versions of Internet Explorer and other browsers are not supported by the Fundable platform — we recommend switching to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
If you are using one of our recommended browsers and still experiencing trouble with the Fundable platform, please email support@fundable.com with the following information:
- The issue you're experiencing
- The type of computer and OS you are using
- The browser you are using
- Any error messages you're experiencing (if applicable)
- Screenshot of the error would be helpful
