If you are having trouble saving progress on your profile information, it is probably due to the fact that you are using an unsupported browser. Older versions of Internet Explorer and other browsers are not supported by the Fundable platform — we recommend switching to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
If you are using one of our recommended browsers and still experiencing trouble with the Fundable platform, try clearing your browser's cache. Here are instructions for clearing the cache in both browsers:

Google Chrome:

Click the three dots at the top right of your browser (Customize and control Google Chrome).

Select More tools > Clear browsing data.

Choose a time range.

Check the boxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".

Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox:

Click the three horizontal lines at the top right of your browser (Open Application Menu).

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.

Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section.

Click Clear Data.

Check the boxes for "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content".

Click Clear.
