Are Equity Campaigns 'all or nothing'?

Equity Campaigns are not "all or nothing." These types of fundraises are completely dependent on what you and the investor negotiate and agree upon. We are not a part of that process and all transactions happen outside of Fundable. If an investor agrees to make his or her commitment regardless of your ability to fill your round, Fundable won't get in the way.
