Do Equity Campaigns on Fundable follow an "all or nothing" structure? What happens if an Equity Campaign doesn't reach its funding goal? Is funding only collected if the full goal is reached in Equity Campaigns?
Equity Campaigns on Fundable do not follow an “all or nothing” funding model.
Unlike traditional crowdfunding platforms, where funds are only collected if a specific goal is met, equity fundraising on Fundable is based entirely on the terms you negotiate directly with investors. These agreements—including how much is raised and under what conditions—are set by you and the investor and are independent of Fundable’s involvement.
Fundable does not participate in the negotiation, agreement, or execution of investment deals. All transactions take place off-platform, between the startup and the investor. If an investor chooses to commit funds regardless of whether you reach your full fundraising target, that decision is entirely up to the two parties involved. Fundable does not interfere with or restrict those arrangements.
