How will investors make their investments in my company?

These transactions occur offline and not through the Fundable platform. 

You have control over your fundraise. Investors will indicate their interest through Fundable by requesting access to the Business Plan section of your profile. The rest of the process, including communications, negotiations, term sheets, legal documentation and the transaction of capital happens outside of Fundable.

It's important not to expect an investment immediately after an interested party views your Business Plan Profile. Realistically, it will most likely take a couple of conversations before an investor is at the point of wanting to discuss terms and investing.
