Does Fundable have a “pre-existing relationship” with the investors on its site?

Not necessarily. New investors sign up to use our site every day. We collect some information from them when they do, but it may not be enough to create a pre-existing relationship. It is recommended that all issuers proceed in accordance with SEC standards.
