Where can I delete my account?

To permanently delete your Fundable account, send an email to support@fundable.com.

Important Information

• Use the Registered Email: The email request must be sent from the email address registered to the Fundable account. This is required for verification purposes to ensure the request is legitimate and authorized.

• Clearly State Your Request: Clearly state in the email that you wish to delete your account.

• Permanent Deletion: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be retrieved, even from the back end.

Alternative Option

If you prefer not to delete your account permanently, you can hide your profile from public view. This allows you to reactivate your account whenever you wish. Simply let the support team know of your preference when contacting them.
