How to Edit the Team Section on Bizplan?

Where do I go to edit the team section of my business plan in Bizplan? What steps do I follow to revise the team member details in Bizplan? How can I update the team information in my Bizplan?

The Team section showcases the key people behind your company. Investors want to know that the startup is backed by people with the right skills, experience, and track record. This is where you prove you have the team to execute your vision.


Steps to Edit the Team Section

  1. Log in to your Bizplan account.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click on Business Plan.

  3. In the Setup sidebar, select Team.

  4. Add each key member of your team. For each individual, provide:

    • Member Name and Title

    • Photo (optional, but recommended)

    • Key highlights under the Key Strengths section, including:

      • Notable achievements

      • Relevant skills or specialties

      • Previous experience and industry background

      • Unique contributions to the startup

  5. Use the “+” button to add additional team members.

  6. Your work will automatically save, as shown by the “Saved” status at the top-right of your screen.


Additional Options

  • Enable the Help toggle to get advice on what to include for each team member.

  • Use the Comment feature to collaborate with your team or leave notes for future updates.
