Can I export both all matches and saved investors?
Investor Matching allows you to export your matched investor data so you can manage your outreach more effectively. You can export from both the All Matches tab (all matched investors) and the Saved Investors tab (investors you’ve saved for follow-up).
Exporting from the All Matches Tab
The All Matches tab displays the complete list of investors matched to your startup profile.

Navigate to the All Matches Tab

From the Investor Matching dashboard, select All Matches at the top.

You’ll see a total match count displayed (e.g., 1,522 Investors in the screenshot).

Click "Export All Matches"

At the top-right, click the Export All Matches button.

Your file will download with details for every matched investor.

Exporting from the Saved Investors Tab
The Saved Investors tab contains investors you have actively saved during your search.

Navigate to the Saved Investors Tab

Click Saved Investors at the top right of your dashboard.

You’ll see your saved count displayed (e.g., 100 Saved Investors in the screenshot).

Click "Export Saved Matches"

The button will export only the list from your Saved Investors tab.

Quick Tips

Filtering Before Export: Use the Filters button to narrow down your matches before exporting, ensuring your file contains only relevant contacts.

Bulk Save for Shortlists: The Bulk Save option lets you quickly store either the Top 100 Matches or All Matches in your Saved Investors list for later export.
