You can rearrange the order of your expense categories by dragging and dropping them into a new position. This can be useful for grouping related costs or prioritizing certain categories in your financial model.


Steps to Rearrange Expense Categories

  1. Log in to your account and go to the builder.

  2. Click on Finance in the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Select the Expenses tab at the top of the page.

  4. Locate the expense category you want to move.
  5. Hover your mouse over the colored bar to the left of the expense category.

  6. When the pan/move cursor appears, click and drag the expense group to the desired position.

  7. Release your mouse to drop the group into place.


Notes

  • All changes are automatically saved as soon as you move the item.

  • Rearranging expense categories does not affect your calculations—only the display order.

  • You can reorder categories as often as needed to match your workflow or reporting preferences.
