What steps do I take if I want my message to go to another contact at the same company? How do I switch to a different contact at the same investment firm?
Investor Matching allows you to choose from multiple contacts within the same investment company. If you’d like to send your message to a different person, you can easily update the recipient before sending.
Steps to Contact a Different Person

Go to the Send Messages page

Open the fundraise profile you’re working on.

Navigate to the Send Messages section.

Remove the current contact

In the To field, locate the contact name.

Click the “x” button next to the contact’s name to remove them.

Choose another contact

Click inside the To field again.

A dropdown will appear with all available contacts from the same company.

Select the contact you’d like to reach.

Update the message

You may edit the name directly in the message body, or

Click Regenerate to automatically re-compose the message with the correct contact name.

Multiple contacts are provided for each company so you can continue outreach even if one email address is no longer active.

Changing the recipient does not affect the rest of your message — only the contact information will update.
