Steps to Edit the Funding Section

Log in to your Bizplan account.

From the left-hand menu, click on Business Plan.

In the Setup sidebar, select Funding.

Complete the following areas:

Funding
List all funding rounds:-
Past rounds (seed, friends and family, pre-seed, etc.)

Current funding round: state the amount you are seeking, what the funds will be used for, and any terms or milestones associated with the round

Anticipated future rounds, if applicable

Exit Strategy
Clearly explain your long-term plan for providing liquidity to shareholders:-
Common strategies include acquisition by another company, merger, private equity buyout, or debt repayment

Avoid unrealistic assumptions (such as IPOs) unless well-justified
