Steps to Edit the Marketing Section

  1. Log in to your Bizplan account.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click on Business Plan.

  3. In the Setup sidebar, select Marketing.

  4. Complete the following areas:

    • Marketing Strategy
      Describe the methods you’ll use to create awareness and drive traffic to your business. Your strategy should align with both your short- and long-term business goals. Focus on what channels and tactics will provide the highest return on investment and efficiently move prospects through your buying funnel.

    • Distribution Strategy

      • Partnerships or distributors

      • Online marketplaces
        Be sure to mention any associated distribution costs and how you will manage delivery logistics.

    • Loyalty Strategy
      Outline your plan for retaining customers and encouraging repeat business. Consider including:

      • Loyalty programs or rewards

      • Strategies to improve perceived customer value and satisfaction

      • Methods for tracking and monitoring customer satisfaction and lifetime value over time
        The goal is to show how you will maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize profitability.

  5. Use the formatting tools to enhance readability with headings, bullet points, and bold text.

  6. Your work will automatically save, with confirmation in the top-right corner via the “Saved” status.
