Steps to Edit the Sales Section

  1. Log in to your Bizplan account.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click on Business Plan.

  3. In the Setup sidebar, select Sales.

  4. Use the editor to describe your sales approach. Be sure to include:

    • The main objective of your sales strategy (e.g., lead qualification, revenue conversion)

    • How your sales strategy will align with your marketing strategy to generate leads

    • The repeatable processes your team will follow to close sales

    • Any trust-building tactics you’ll use throughout the customer buying journey

    • If applicable, detail your plans for:

      • Compensation and coaching structures

      • Ensuring that all team efforts stay aligned with company goals

  5. Use formatting tools to organize your plan with headings, bullet points, and bold text where needed.

  6. All updates will automatically save with a “Saved” indicator at the top-right of the screen.
