Can I Require an NDA Before Sharing Additional Information?
Investors can view the public profile of your campaign by default. However, if you plan to share additional sensitive details beyond what is publicly available, you have the option to send them an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) via email before providing access to those materials.
