      CloudFlare: A Record Instructions

      Editing your CloudFlare A Record points your base domain (e.g. yoursite.com) to your LaunchRock page.

      1. Log into your account at CloudFlare. 
      2. Click Websites 
      3. Click DNS Settings 
      4. Scroll to the bottom 
      5. Choose A in Record Type 
      6. Complete the CloudFlare form for changing the A record. 
      7. Enter 54.243.190.47 the IP address field 
      8. Be sure to save your changes.

       

      Note: To increase reliability you should create four A records and point each one to a different LaunchRock IP address:

        • 54.243.190.28
        • 54.243.190.39
        • 54.243.190.47
        • 54.243.190.54

        Congratulations! Your A record is now configured to point to LaunchRock.

        Creating an A Record is optional for Hosted Landing Pages but creating a CNAME is not. Create a Cloudflare CNAME Record 

        Once you've modified your A records, it may take up to 72 hours for changes to update live.
