Customizing Your Sign-Up Form Fields

Currently, our Sign-Up Form Block supports capturing names, email addresses, and phone numbers. While these fields cover the essential information needed for most campaigns, we understand the need for additional customization. Expanding input field options is something our team is actively discussing for future updates.

How to Add or Edit Sign-Up Form Fields

To modify the existing fields, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Access Your Dashboard – Log in to your Launchrock dashboard.
2️⃣ Open the Builder – Click on Builder in the menu.
3️⃣ Select the Sign-Up Form Block – Locate the form on your page and click on it.
4️⃣ Open Settings – Click the Settings icon.
5️⃣ Customize Your Form – Find the Sign-Up Form Options section. Here, you can select from the available fields based on your campaign needs.
6️⃣ Save and Exit – Once you’ve made your selections, simply exit the page—your changes will be automatically applied.
